As the Founder of SaltRock, Jeb’s work centers on architecting clear, repeatable workflows — especially in security operations and payment pipelines — so teams can move with confidence, clarity, and trust.
With an MBA from Wake Forest University and a BS from Samford University, Jeb blends business strategy with technical depth. He approaches every engagement with disciplined analysis, evidence‑based decision‑making, and a commitment to long‑term stewardship. Clients rely on him to translate complex technical and organizational challenges into practical solutions that strengthen their operational foundations.
Before founding SaltRock, Jeb supported enterprise security programs by designing secure workflows, maturing operational processes, and advising leadership on risk, scope, and strategic alignment.
